At Seed & Sprout, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
Change of Mind Returns
- We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase for Australian orders only. If you're an International customer, please email hello@seedandsprout.com for us to personally guide you through the returns process.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items (except for our Bar Performance Guarantee below).
- Sale items (unless damaged or faulty).
- Seconds.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement.
- We may request photo or video evidence to assess the fault.
- Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

When your silicone products reach the end of their life, simply email our friendly Customer Care team at hello@seedandsprout.com and they'll guide you through the process.
