Refunds & Returns Policy
At Seed & Sprout, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
Change of Mind Returns
- We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items (except for our Bar Performance Guarantee below)
- Sale items (unless damaged or faulty)
- Seconds
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement.
- We may request photo or video evidence to assess the fault.
- Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Love it or your money back – If you’re not satisfied, simply email us and we’ll refund the purchase price.

When your silicone products reach the end of their life, simply email our friendly Customer Care team at hello@seedandsprout.com and they'll guide you through the process.
